Being a Mom & Pop Company, we wanted to project that quality customer attention we don't see today with modern internet companies. |
This Site's Background: Pop's background is diverse. Serving the first several years of adulthood in the military, then working in a power plant for the next several years, then getting into computers. While Pop was at the power plant, he taught himself programming, while working on a degree, and working from home on small software projects. Motivated to get into computers full-time, Pop took a job as a developer working as a consultant for Fortune 500 telecom's. Soon, after working a year as a full-time developer, Pop formed his first company 'renting' himself out to clients to work on their client/server applications. Soon, Pop noticed he had years of telecommuting experience, and learned how to work from home effectively. Then it happened. Pop said he would work from home full time; not on his first company, but on his new dot-com company, Intertainia Productions Incorporated. Now Pop is a full-time stay-at-home Dad and Entrepreneur. Having many lesions learned and chatting with other work-at-home types, Pop thought it would be interesting to consolidate work-at-home ideas, plans and tips into one site's content. So, FreeWorkAtHomeIdeas.com was born. |
